Welcome to Lamst Zafran. By placing an order with us — whether online, by phone, or in person — you agree to the following terms. We’ve written this in simple language so everything is clear and transparent.

1. Orders & Availability

All orders are subject to availability.
While we prepare meals in scale, some items may sell out during peak hours or special occasions (especially during Ramadan and large gatherings).

If an item becomes unavailable:

  • We will inform you immediately.

  • You may choose a replacement or request a refund for that item.


2. Pricing & Payments

All prices listed are in AED.
Prices may change without prior notice, especially for bulk or customized orders.

We accept:

  • Online payments

  • Cash (where applicable)

  • Approved payment methods listed at checkout

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.


3. Large Orders & Gathering Trays

For large trays and bulk orders:

  • Advance notice may be required.

  • Custom orders may require partial or full prepayment.

  • Cancellation of large orders must be made at least [7 hours] before preparation begins.

Because our meals are freshly prepared, last-minute cancellations may not be refundable.


4. Delivery Policy

We strive to deliver on time. However, delays may occur due to:

  • Traffic conditions

  • Weather

  • High-demand periods

  • Public holidays

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Please ensure:

  • The delivery address is accurate.

  • Someone is available to receive the order.

Lamst Zafran is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details.


5. Food Safety & Handling

We follow strict hygiene and food safety standards in our kitchen.

Once an order is delivered:

  • Proper storage becomes the customer’s responsibility.

  • We are not liable for spoilage caused by improper storage or reheating.

If you have allergies, please inform us before placing your order.


6. Community & Ramadan Initiatives

Lamst Zafran proudly supports community and food-sharing efforts, especially during Ramadan.

Community distribution orders:

  • Must follow the agreed delivery time.

  • Cannot be resold.

  • Are prepared under the same hygiene and quality standards as all orders.


7. Refunds & Complaints

Customer satisfaction matters to us.

If there is an issue with your order:

  • Contact us within [X hours] of receiving it.

  • Provide order details and photos (if applicable).

Refunds or replacements are evaluated case-by-case.


8. Use of Website

By using our website, you agree:

  • Not to misuse or attempt to disrupt the platform.

  • Not to submit false or fraudulent orders.

  • To provide accurate personal information.


9. Limitation of Liability

Lamst Zafran is not responsible for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages.

  • Delays caused by factors beyond our control.

  • Losses resulting from incorrect information provided by customers.
